Spanish emphasizes the development and reinforcement of the language in the four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Class participation is essential toward the development of oral proficiency. The study focuses on the cultures of Spanish-speaking countries.

American Sign Language (ASL) II focuses on successful communication through the use of ASL. This course is an online course offered through the Texas Virtual Schools Network and is only offered only to students who have completed ASL I.
