Health Science allows the student to explore a possible career pathway in health care. Career exploration, an understanding of the academic requirements and technical skills, leadership skills, and teamwork development enhancing the student's employment marketability is the focus of this course. 

Audio/Video Production students will be expected to develop an understanding of the audio/video industry with a focus on pre-production, production, and post- production audio and video activities.

Computer Maintenance focuses on the assembly and disassembly of modern personal computer systems. NOTE: This course covers basic electronic mathematics. An understanding of algebra is recommended.
Computer Programming allows students to acquire knowledge of structured programming techniques and concepts appropriate to developing executable programs and creating appropriate documentation. This course teaches students the basics of logical computer programming using Java.
Food Science course provides foundational training in the area of food science and technology. Content addresses food science principles. Laboratory activities utilizing research methods related to current issues in food science, technology, and nutrition are included.
Hospitality encompasses lodging; travel and tourism; recreation, amusements, attractions, and resorts; and restaurants and food beverage service.

Principles of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources  This course is an introduction to the Agriculture Pathway. Students will be exposed to each of the pathway course possibilities, focusing on leadership and career development in the fall, with plant, soil, and animal science in the spring.

Livestock Production  This is a one semester course that is paired with Small Animal Management. In Livestock Production, students will learn about the anatomy & physiology, nutrition, and health of production animals, including cattle, hogs, horses, and poultry.

Small Animal Management  This is a one semester course that focuses on care and management for companion animals. Students will earn Canine Handling and Training certification from this course.

Career Preparations  Students enrolled in Career Preparations must maintain employment for fifteen hours per week. Students will gain exposure to career documents and will learn from an on-the-job training plan.
